Shipping policy

Buyers are responsible for shipping fees, which will be added at checkout. Upon receiving the order, we will carefully pack and package your order within 2-4 business days. Please be sure to clearly indicate unit numbers or buzzer numbers (if required fo your building) in the shipping address. Once I have shipped the package, I will email you with a tracking code.

Currently, I ship within Canada or to the continental United States. For any other international inquiries, don't hesitate to get in touch with me directly at luckyvillage@shaw.ca and requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Shipments will be made from Canada, so any deliveries to the US or other countries may incur duties or import taxes. The buyer is responsible for paying duties or additional taxes required at delivery and returns will not be accepted. 

We are not responsible for any delays or losses caused by the shipping company or postal service.
